Crockett & Jones Islay

Produced in May 2009. The 365 is a core last with a wide round toe. Our most generous last in the collection, the 365 offers plenty of room in the forefoot and heel, giving it a slightly asymmetrical character, ideal for high-top boots. In 2012, the 365 continued the Crockett & Jones legacy when Islay appeared in the Scottish Highlands in the final scenes of the James Bond film SKYFALL.

The most popular of all boot styles, the Derby boot is a fully lined, high legged boot that is generally more substantial than most other boots. Most commonly, it features a Dainite or thick rubber sole, with variations similar to a Derby shoe. With historical references to commando and officer boots, the single fronted and hooded Derby boot is by far the most recognisable style. Suitable for the colder winter months.
