To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers’ total liability under these Terms, and your exclusive remedy, is limited to the amount you actually paid through the Service, or USD 100 if you have not purchased anything through the Service.

In no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, third-party software, or hardware used with the Service, even if the Company or supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist-supporting” country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified and interpreted to achieve its objectives to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Failure to exercise any right or enforce any obligation under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or obligation, nor shall it waive any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms may have been translated if provided on the Service. You agree that the original English version prevails in the event of any dispute.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
